We have spent many years of our lives building a bond with another person and to have them taken away from us can be extremely hard. Body language is a form of language that is non-verbal used to communicate information. If you are talking to someone too long they may give off body language signals that they are getting bored with you, they might actually cross their arms. When someone is tired the most common form of body language is yawning. If someone is excited about something they will be full of energy and jumpy. Understanding other peoples body language is important to know social cues in a work or school environment. If you are doing all the talking in a conversation you can easily pick up on that signal from another person. You are giving off tons of different types of body language that you may not be aware of.
