17. Know yourself better.

Most people go through life ignorant of themselves. Makes you and have your alone time, think about what kinds of foods you like, what type of people you like to associate with, your favorite movies or books, what makes you laugh, and what makes you happy. You claim to know yourself, but how well do you actually know your likes and dislikes? An important question to ponder is, “How can I get to know another person, and spend the rest of my life with them if I do not even know myself first?”

18. Accept what you cannot change.

Accepting situations out of your control with help manage stress. You have to start accepting life as it comes, it will bring unexpected twists and turns that you did not want. Make a list of goals in life and stick to them, but remember to accept the things you didn’t expect to happen. Life brings us happiness, sadness, joy, depression, we have to accept these may happen.
