7. Take a nap.
Taking a nap during the day from 15 minutes to an hour and a half can be good for you. Do not start sleeping all day. Sleeping a short amount of time during the day can improve your memory, and boost your energy and creativity. Taking a nap in short periods can be just as restful as a nights worth of sleep. If you take a nap make sure not to do it late in the day, after 3 pm I seem to wake up cranky.
8. Learn to meditate.
If you want to learn how to meditate, you should find an expert to show you the basics. Protip: If meditating causes you more stress then relaxation then scrap the whole idea.
