21. Stop multitasking.

Focus on one task at a time and you will be more productive. Multi-tasking makes you less productive and more stressed. The human person cannot fully engage in multiple tasks at once, it is hard to get a lot of things done in a short time period if you keep switching tasks. Focus on one project or thing for short amounts of time, do not work on projects simultaneously.

22. Be grateful.

Be grateful for friends, family, health, food, a roof over your head, life, clothes, and education. Stop taking life for granted, be grateful for all that has been given and provided for you. Think about the people who go without every single day across the world. You have internet, and you are very blessed. When you have a bad day, start appreciating those parts of your life taken for granted.
