9. Find stress and eliminate it.

Anxiety treatment encourages to find small things that stress you out and remove them from your life completely.  If you are worried about a bill that is coming up just pay it and get it out of the way. If you are stressed every time you go to work about traffic then leave earlier. If a person you are dating does things that stress you out, let them know. All of these little stressors add up and they add to your overall stress. If you eliminate a bunch of little things, it really makes a difference.

10. Spend time with people.

Let me clarify, spend time with people that lift you up not bring you down. Do not spend time with people that add to your anxiety. Hang out with friends that are positive, like to laugh, and have a good time. It would just be counterproductive to hang out with someone who adds to your anxiety. If you do not have very positive friends then go out and make some, people are usually friendly and open to making new friends.
