3. Learn to say no.

During times of great anxiety, it may be hard to say no to people. A lot of people with anxiety worry about what will happen or what people think about them. If you simply do not have the time to help someone or hang out, just tell them you are sorry, you would love to, but you are too busy. People in life tend to schedule times to hang out, but sometimes it is better to relax.

4. Exercise.

Exercise has to be the most important point on this list. If you are trying to fix your anxiety and you are not exercising you are doing this all wrong. You will not fix your anxiety and get away from negative thoughts if you do not exercise. Your body releases certain chemicals that help you feel good. If you are just sitting around all day worrying and not exercising you will never get better.
