19. Face your fear.

Eventually, in anxiety treatment you will have to face your fears, that is part of healing and overcoming. Sometimes you have to take the bull by the horns. Look fear straight in the eye and say to yourself, “What is the worst that is going to happen? I have nothing to lose, I am going to go for it.” YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE, STARE FEAR RIGHT IN THE FACE.

20. Do yoga and meditate. (Maybe).

What I mean by maybe is if you try to learn how to meditate and do yoga but it gives you more anxiety, then do not do it. I used to do the same yoga routine every day by watching this Candlelight Yoga which was then on Netflix. Doing the same yoga routine every day helped me calm my mind and helped me with my breathing techniques. I never got into meditating though.
